The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on October 15, 2026, took note of and accepted his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer, which became effective from the close of business hours on October 15, 2026. Mr. Abdul Hameed Khan will continue to serve as Whole-time Director of the Company up to June 30, 2028.
