These NCDs have a 24-month tenure with a 9.25% annual coupon paid quarterly. The debentures are secured on a pari passu basis with existing creditors, ensuring an asset coverage ratio of 1.1 times. This fundraise provides essential capital for the company's lending operations and business growth.
