Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/ 1/3762/2026 dated 30" January, 2026 we hereby inform you of the following development in relation to the ongoing litigations, in the prescribed format: The details of any change in Order of Debt Recovery Tribunal-Ill, Delhi (“DRT-III”) In the the status and/ or any matter of NARCL Vs. SSA International Ltd. & Others : development in relation to such proceedings Samtex Fashions Limited (“the Company”) was the Corporate Guarantor in the loan applications of SSA International Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary (“the subsidiary”) of the Company. Over the period of time, the consortium bankers (later represented by NARCL) filed application bearing TA No. 446/2022, against the subsidiary including the Company (being the Corporate Guarantor), and in response thereof the subsidiary filed a counter claim bearing No. NDN/31/2023(TCC). Both the matters were pending before DRT-IIL. By the Order dated 03" October, 2026 (received by the Company on 15" October, 2026), the application (TA No. 446/2022) was allowed in favour of applicant (NARCL) and the counter claim (CC No. NDN/31/2023) of the Company was dismissed with no order to cost.
