After the said Board Meeting, the designation on the BSE Portal is changed as above. However, both the Special Resolutions proposed in the 39th Annual General Meeting held on 26 September 2026 were not passed by requisite majority required for passing the said Special Resolutions. Accordingly, Mr. Mohan Bhandari continues only as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director & CEO of the Company and Ms. Kavita Bhansali continues only as Non- Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
