Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ and ‘Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’, the Bank has already informed the Stock Exchanges, vide its letter bearing Ref. No.: BBL/SEC/166/2026-27 dated September 25, 2026, that the window for trading in securities of the Bank, for its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, Auditors, and Connected Persons, shall remain closed from October 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter (Q2) and half-year ended September 30, 2026 and shall re-open thereafter. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results. Further, please also be informed that post declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results, the Bank will host an earnings call (i.e., group call) with analysts and investors, on its performance for Q2 and half-year ended September 30, 2026, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
