Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No.001076N/N500013) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office for first term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company till the conclusion of the 19th AGM, subject to approval of the Members of the Company. It is hereby submitted that M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101049W/E300004), the current Statutory Auditor, will continue to undertake the audit of the Company until the conclusion of the 14th Annual General Meeting, marking the completion of their term. The relevant details as prescribed under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/l/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure I.
