Record Date Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, July 3, 2026, as the ‘Record Date’ for determining the members entitled to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if approved by members at the ensuing 25th AGM. Communication to member for deduction of tax at source on final dividend The Company has today, i.e. June 19, 2026, sent a detailed communication to all members of the Company, whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ depositories, indicating the process and documentation required for claiming exemption from deduction of tax at source on final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, which is subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 25th AGM. The dividend, as recommended by the Board, subject to approval of members at the ensuing annual general meeting, will be paid to those members who are holding equity shares of the Company, either in dematerialized or in physical form, as on Friday, July 3, 2026 (Record Date). In accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (“the IT Act”), dividend declared and paid by the Company is taxable in hands of shareholders for Tax Year 2026-27 (FY 2026-27). Accordingly, the Company, in compliance with the provisions of the IT Act, would be required to deduct tax at source (“TDS”) at the prescribed rates on the dividend payable to its members. TDS rate would vary depending on the residential status of the member and the documents submitted by them and accepted by the Company. Accordingly, the above referred Dividend will be paid subject to applicable TDS, if any, as mentioned hereinbelow. A. Resident members: A.1 No tax shall be deducted on payment of dividend to the resident individual members, if the total dividend to be paid/payable to such member for the tax year 2026-27 does not exceed Rs. 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only), subject to availability of Permanent Account Number (“PAN”) of the member.
