Further to our letter dated 25th September, 2026, informing you about the
Trading Window Closure from 1st October, 2026, we hereby inform you that our
Company’s Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the
03rd November, 2026 to consider inter alia the Unaudited Standalone and
Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended
30th September, 2026.
Please also be informed that, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the
Company’s Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate
relatives) until 5th November, 2026.
This intimation is provided in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
