A copy of the Financial Results along with Limited Review Reports thereon are enclosed herewith and the same are being uploaded on the website of the Company i.e. www.hdfcfund.com. Please note that in terms of the AMC Share Dealing Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives, in the shares of the Company shall remain closed upto October 17, 2026.
