Mr. Bikram Basu, who is currently the Managing Director of ABD Maestro Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company (“ABDM”) will move into new role as “Group Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer” and SMP of the Company, with effect from August 1, 2026. He will continue to oversee operations of ABDM. b. Pursuant to the appointment of Mr. Bikram Basu, as the Group Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer and SMP of the Company and the consequent change in the reporting structure, Dr. Pradipta Basu, who was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer and SMP of the Company w.e.f. April 15, 2026, shall cease to be classified as an SMP of the Company, with effect from July 31, 2026. Dr. Pradipta Basu will, however, continue in his role as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. The details with respect to above changes, as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2 /I/ 3762/ 2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure A. Brief Profile Mr. Bikram Basu brings with him rich Not Applicable (in case of Appointment) experience in the spirits industry from leading organisations, having started with United Spirits for 6 years, followed by 14 years in Pernod Ricard India, and now close to 11 years with ABD. His previous leadership roles have been in Business and Brand Strategy, Marketing and Sales. The success of several market-leading brands in the country has been attributed to his initiation. He has also worked in the apex industry body CIABC for more than 10 years, having served as Vice- Chairman between 2015-2018. He is currently on the Board of CIABC. Mr. Bikram Basu completed his Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur in 1994. He holds a certificate for Executive Development from INSEAD. 4.
