Brief profile (in case of appointment) Dr. Rajesh Gharpure is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in global technology services, business operations, P&L management, digital transformation, and customer- centric growth. He has led large global organizations, driven profitable revenue and margin growth, managed complex transformations and acquisitions, and built high-performing leadership teams across geographies. Prior to joining Datamatics, Dr. Rajesh was associated with Persistent Systems as Chief Delivery Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for the Technology Services organization, representing more than 50% of the business. His portfolio spans Data & AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Integration, CX Transformation, Salesforce, Consulting, the CTO organization, and technology IPs, with a global workforce of approximately 11,000 professionals. During his tenure, he has delivered 20%+ growth over the last two financial years, improved utilization from 70% to 85%, strengthened margins, and led the integration of 8 business units and 4 acquisitions across the US, Europe, and India. Prior to Persistent, Dr. Rajesh served as Executive Vice President & Global Delivery Head at L&T Infotech (Now LTM), reporting to the COO and serving on the Management Council. He managed a US$550 million business across Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy, covering 125+ customers and 8,000+ associates. He transformed the business from a lagging performer to LTI’s #1 business unit, delivering approximately 18% revenue CAGR over five years and 16%+ PAT, while strengthening customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, leadership depth, and operational performance. Earlier at LTI, he held leadership roles across Digital & Cloud Services, Consulting, Global Delivery, M&A Integration, and SAP, including building a Digital practice of approximately US$100 million and incubating capabilities such as Salesforce. He began his career with Larsen & Toubro in Finance and SAP implementation, establishing a strong foundation in financial management, technology, and enterprise transformation. Dr. Rajesh brings a strong combination of business, operational, technology, and financial leadership, with experience in growth, large deals, strategic customer relationships, margin and utilization improvement, M&A integration, new technology businesses, and leadership development. He has extensive engagement with CEOs, CXOs, global customers, analysts, and technology ecosystem partners. Dr. Rajesh holds a Ph.D. in Management from Symbiosis International University and is a CPA, Company Secretary (CS), and Cost & Works Accountant (ICWA). He has also completed executive leadership programs with XLRI and the L&T Group, combining finance, technology, operations, strategy, and enterprise leadership. 4.
