This strategic acquisition aims to bolster Transrail's cooling tower engineering and EPC capabilities, despite Gactel reporting a low turnover of ₹0.58 Crore for FY2025-26. The transaction is a related party transaction but stated to be at arm's length based on an independent valuation. Additionally, the company noted the resignation of Mr. Raman Rajagopalan, Deputy Managing Director, effective July 31, 2026, due to personal commitments.
