As we conclude the first quarter of FY 2026–27, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our shareholders, customers, employees, bankers, vendors, business associates and all stakeholders for your continued trust and confidence in Crown Lifters Limited. Your unwavering support remains the foundation upon which we continue to build our future. Q1 Performance The Company delivered a satisfactory first quarter supported by healthy equipment utilisation, improved project execution and continued operational discipline. While we are encouraged by our performance, our objective extends far beyond delivering one successful quarter. Jim Collins, in Good to Great, describes the Flywheel Effect—the principle that enduring success is achieved through thousands of disciplined actions rather than one defining breakthrough. We believe this philosophy mirrors our own journey. Every safely completed project, every satisfied customer, every well-maintained crane, every employee who grows with the organisation, every innovation adopted and every prudent business decision adds another push to Crown's flywheel. Over time, these consistent efforts create momentum that compounds into sustainable and enduring success. We are therefore focused not merely on quarterly performance, but on building an organisation that continues to create value for decades. Fleet Strategy & Operational Optimisation During the quarter, we continued optimising our operating footprint by rationalising selected parking locations while developing strategically positioned facilities for equipment storage, maintenance and mobilisation. As our fleet evolves, we are becoming increasingly selective in our deployment strategy. Rather than pursuing every available opportunity, we will continue focusing on sectors, geographies and projects where our technical capabilities, fleet mix and execution strengths create the greatest value for our customers and shareholders. Our long-term fleet planning will continue to emphasise productivity, higher utilisation, operational efficiency and disciplined capital allocation. While we recognise significant opportunities beyond India's geographical boundaries, our immediate priority is to fulfil our Vision and Mission by strengthening our leadership position and capturing a meaningful share of the domestic heavy lifting market. We firmly believe that sustainable CROWN LIFTERS LIMITED 7th Floor, Plot No. B-28, Bhukhanvala Chambers, Veera Desai Off Link Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai – 400053. Industry Outlook India continues to demonstrate one of the strongest long-term infrastructure growth stories globally. We remain optimistic about opportunities across: Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, Metro Rail, High-Speed Rail, Roads & Bridges and Ports & Marine Infrastructure. These sectors, together with our expanding capabilities and customer relationships, position Crown Lifters to participate meaningfully in India's next phase of infrastructure development. Cost Discipline & Risk Management While growth opportunities remain encouraging, we continue to monitor the impact of fuel prices, transportation costs, imported components and global supply chain disruptions on operating margins. Our focus remains on prudent project selection, commercial discipline and continuous improvements in productivity to protect profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Monsoon Preparedness & Operational Excellence The monsoon season continues to influence project execution across many sectors. Delays in transportation, site readiness and mobilisation remain inherent characteristics of our industry during this period. Our teams remain committed to protecting both our people and our equipment through robust planning, preventive maintenance and proactive site management while ensuring safe, reliable and timely project execution. Technology & Organisational Development Alongside fleet expansion, we continue investing in systems, processes and digital capabilities that will strengthen Crown Lifters for the future. We believe technology should not merely automate work but enhance the quality of decisions. Our long-term vision is to build an organisation where operational knowledge, engineering expertise and continuous learning become institutional strengths that benefit every customer, every employee and every future generation of the Company. Outlook Looking ahead, we remain optimistic while maintaining a prudent and balanced approach towards growth. Our current project pipeline, customer relationships and sectoral opportunities provide confidence that the Company remains well positioned for sustained expansion. Subject to normal business conditions and seasonal factors, we remain optimistic about achieving our operational objectives for the financial year, including our aspiration of crossing the ₹50 crore revenue milestone.
