The project shall be implemented on a PPP basis for an initial period of seven (7) years, extendable by a further period of three (3) years on mutually agreed terms and conditions. This project will also be on majority cash basis. Earlier, the Company was engaged in setting up, operating, managing, maintaining and reporting of CT Scan Diagnostic Facilities at 12 Government Health Institutions across the State of Himachal Pradesh, and the said scope has now been increased to 34 Government Health Institutions under the aforesaid Agreement, making it one of the largest government partnerships undertaken by the Company for CT Scan diagnostic services. This reflects the Company's expanded footprint in the State of Himachal Pradesh, reinforces its position as a preferred service provider for diagnostics services, and demonstrates its ability to successfully renew and scale up such contracts in line with its unwavering commitment to healthcare excellence.
