The shareholders of the Company, at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 22, 2026, approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company by insertion of the following new sub-clause 10 and 11 after the existing sub- clause 9 of Clause III (A) of the MOA of the Company: 10.
