Intimation for closure of Trading Window for March,2026

Brandbucket Media & Technology Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and other Insiders. This closure, effective from April 1, 2026, is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for the finalization of accounts for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter are publicly announced.
