Results for the Quarter ended on 30" June, 2026 to be published in the newspapers; and Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditor for the Standalone C. & Consolidated Un-audited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30f June, 2026. 2. The Board of Directors also granted in principle approval for one more HCL synthesis Unit at Dahej with approximate project cost of Rs.55 Crores. This HCL synthesis Unit will further enhance better chlorine utilization and thus would enable the Company to optimize production of Caustic Soda at Dahej. Further, the Board has already approved to establish Phosphoric Acid plant at Dahej and therefore, the additional HCL to be generated from this HCL synthesis Unit would be utilized in the said Phosphoric Acid Plant.
