Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, has approved the dispatch of a Reminder Notice to the holders of partly paid-up equity shares (ISIN: IN9428B01029) on which the First and Final Call Money of ₹ 3.75/- per share aggregating to ₹ 31,30,83,266/- (Rupees Thirty-One Crore Thirty Lakhs Eighty three Thousand Two Hundred sixty six Only) remains outstanding on 8,34,88,871 (Eight Crore Thirty-Four Lakh Eighty eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy one) partly paid-up equity shares. With the help of this Addendum we want to inform to shareholders about one additional bank account details for payment of first and final call money to the company, The Reminder Notice provides the remaining shareholders an additional opportunity to pay the First and Final Call Money and convert their partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares (ISIN: INE428B01021). The payment window under the Reminder Notice is open from Monday, June 22, 2026 to Monday, July 06, 2026 (both days inclusive). It is clarified that the said Reminder Notice is not a Forfeiture Notice. No forfeiture of partly paid-up equity shares is being threatened or initiated at this stage. The Company intends to provide further opportunities to shareholders who do not pay during this Reminder Payment Period. Any decision regarding forfeiture, if taken in future, will be communicated separately with a minimum prior notice as required under the Articles of Association of the Company.
