CONSOLIDATED EVOTING RESULTS AND THE SCRUTINISER''S REPORT WITH REGARDS TO THE 40TH AGM OF THE COMPANY HELD TODAY ON 23RD JULY, 2026

Ashirwad Steels & Industries Ltd has announced the consolidated e-voting results and the scrutinizer's report for the 40th AGM held on 23rd July, 2026. The results show that all resolutions were passed with over 99% of votes in favor. The company has also appointed a whole-time director, Vishesh Chhibbar, who has offered to resign by rotation at the ensuing AGM.
