Consequent to the above, Mr. Kaushik Narayan Badri, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fintuple Technologies Private Limited, Wholly- Owned Subsidiary of CAMS, has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the closing hours of 20th July 2026 and hence ceases to be a SMP of the Company. The details with regards to resignation of SMP as required pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 14.11.2024 relating to his resignation is attached as Annexure-A. Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclose herewith a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Kaushik Narayan Badri. The said resignation letter also confirms that, there is no material reason for his resignation other than that mentioned above.
