Pursuant to the aforesaid approval, necessary applications will be made to the Uganda Registration Services Bureau, for strike-off of BS AC&R UL. The meeting of BSIF commenced at 6:45 p.m. and concluded at 7:15 p.m. (IST). BS AC&R UL was incorporated on June 27, 2023, in Uganda and has not commenced any business since its incorporation. Pursuant to the above, BS AC&R UL shall cease to be a subsidiary of BSIF and of the Company upon completion of the process of the voluntary strike-off.
