The Board has accordingly approved the ratification of the aforesaid Material Related Party Transactions, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. In this regard, the Postal Ballot Notice, together with the Explanatory Statement setting out the requisite details and seeking shareholders’ approval for the proposed ratification, shall be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
