Frauds/Default by employees

C/1 G Block, Bandra- Kurla Complex, Bandra (E) Mumbai – 400051 Trading Symbol: SERVOTECH Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Update on Suspected Internal Fraud Incident Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) and further to our earlier intimation dated July 23, 2026, regarding the fraud involving Two employees of the Company and an external party, we wish to inform you that Mr. Gagandeep Rajora and Mr. Vijay Kumar have been arrested. Efforts by the investigating authorities to trace the other persons involved are currently underway. The Company will continue to provide further updates on any material developments in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Further update on incident as required under the SEBI Master Circular for compliance with the provisions of the Listing Regulations dated January 30, 2026, are provided as Annexure-I.
