Pursuant to the dissolution, the equity shares held by Alok Praful Shah (HUF) shall be transferred to the recipient in accordance with the terms of the dissolution deed. Upon completion of the said transfer, Alok Praful Shah (HUF) shall cease to be classified as a Promoter of the Company, and the recipient of the shares shall be classified as a Promoter of the Company in accordance with Regulation 31A(6)(a) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
