(IB) No. 314/MB/2023, and thereafter, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, in IA No. 3523 of 2026 in C.P. (IB) No. 314 (MB) of 2023 vide order dated August 13, 2026, (Uploaded on NCLT website on August 24, 2026), appointed Mr. Bimal Kumar Agarwal (IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IPP01409/2018-2019/12186) as the Resolution Professional. In this regard, we wish to inform you as under: 1. The RP has published Form G - Invitation for Expression of Interest (“EoI”) under Regulation 36A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 on September 28, 2026, in the newspapers namely Free Press Journal (English Newspaper), Mumbai Edition and Navshakti (Marathi Newspaper), Mumbai Edition, wherein the last date for submission of Expression of Interest was October 13, 2026. 2. A copy of Form G as published, along with the newspaper clippings was made available to BSE Limited on September 28, 2026. 3. Pursuant to request received from the prospective EoI applicants, the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) of the Corporate Debtor has decided to extend the timelines specified in the Form G dated 28th September 2026. Accordingly, a corrigendum to Form G has been published on October 14, 2026, in the newspapers namely Free Press Journal (English Newspaper), Mumbai Edition and Navshakti (Marathi Newspaper), Mumbai Edition, wherein the last date for submission of Expression of Interest is extended to 20 October 2026. 4. A copy of the Corrigendum to Form G as published, along with the newspaper clippings is enclosed.
