In this regard, we wish to further inform you that Mrs. Rekha Panwar was previously appointed as an Additional Director of the Company by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 11th August, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders. However, due to a technical error, the resolution relating to her appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of two (2) years could not be included in the e-voting process for the Annual General Meeting of the Company. Consequently, her appointment ceased to be effective upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held on 14th October, 2026, approved her fresh appointment as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of two (2) years, with effect from 14th October, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
