The Board of Directors of the Company places on record their highest appreciation for the support and significant contributions made by him during his tenure as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with the Company. Further, following his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, he will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information, and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) under this regulation, with effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2026.
