Jeejeebhoy Towers, Bandra (East), Mumsbai – 400 051 Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001 Stock Code: HINDOILEXP Stock Code: 500186 Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Submission of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Acquisition of the Assam Gas Plant On behalf of the JV partners (Oil India Ltd. and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.), HOEC has executed a definitive agreement to take over the operations and ownership of the HMGPP (Hollong Modular Gas Processing Plant) in the Dirok Gas and Condensate field in Assam, from the service provider – Expro North Sea Limited (ENS) – UK. As on 14th of October 2026, the operations of the plant have been taken over by HOEC. All existing ENS employees in the gas plant have been transferred to HOEC employment, starting the 14th of October 2026. This takeover gives the Dirok JV, the ability to expand plant capacity to process higher volumes from the three new wells that have been approved for drilling by the partners and DGH in the Dirok field, and the new volume additions from North Dirok and Greater Dirok assets that will be drilled in future. It also helps HOEC to carry out modifications in the plant to ensure higher efficiency of operations. HOEC is the designated operator for Dirok Gas Field under the Production Sharing Contract between the Government of India and the JV partners (OIL, IOCL and HOEC).
