The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal , Chennai has vide its Order dated 7-8-2026 allowed and admitted the said Petition filed by the Company and appointed Mr.G.Gunasekaran, having Regn No IBBIIIPA-001/1P-P00681/2017/2018/11178 as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) and he shall take forward the process of Corporate Insolvency Resolution of the Company . The Order copy of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal is enclosed herewith. In terms of the said Order, the powers of the Board of Directors,and the Committees thereof of the company shall stand suspended with effect from the date of the Order ie on 7-8-2026, Consequently, Sri.G.Gunasekaran will act as the Compliance Officer instead.of the present Compliance Officer, Sri.
