Towers, Dalal Street, Bandra Kurla Complex Mumbai – 400 001 Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051 Company Code No.: 511076 Trading Symbol: AEROENTER Dear Sir/ Madam, Subject: Update on Capacity Enhancements and Expansion Plans for Aeroflex Industries Limited, the Material Subsidiary of the Company Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Aeroflex Industries Limited, the Material Subsidiary of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, October 14, 2026, inter alia, noted and approved the capacity enhancements and expansion plans as follows: 1. Noted completion of SS Hose & Braiding Division capacity enhancement to 20 million meters per annum. 2. Noted completion of Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies Division capacity enhancement to 12,000 pieces per annum; the remaining 3,000 pieces per annum is expected by December 2026. 3. Approved enhancement of SS Hose & Braiding Division capacity from 20 million to 30 million meters per annum and a setting up of a new State of the Art Assemblies Plant to convert 70%–75% of hoses and braids into assemblies, at an estimated investment of ₹124 crores which is expected to be completed in phased manner by March 2028. 4. Approved enhancement of Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies Division capacity from 15,000 to 30,000 pieces per annum and setting up of an additional facility, at an estimated investment of ₹78 crores which is expected to be completed in phased manner by March 2028. The aggregate investment of ₹202 crore for SS Hose & Braiding and liquid cooling SFN Skid Assemblies expansions will be financed through Internal Accruals, Equity and Bridge Loan Financing. It is further informed that, Aeroflex Industries Limited has made the requisite disclosure regarding the capacity enhancements and expansion plans to the stock exchanges which is enclosed herewith.
