Noted that the Company has successfully completed capacity enhancement in the SS Hose & Braiding Division to 20 million meters per annum. 2. Noted that the Company has successfully completed capacity enhancement in liquid cooling SFN Skid Assemblies to 12,000 pieces per annum and the remaining 3,000 pieces will be completed till December 2026. 3. Considered and approved the Company’s further expansion plans, including the capacity enhancement in SS Hose & Braiding Division from 20 million meters per annum to 30 million meters per annum, i.e., an increase of 10 million meters annually and setting up of a new State of the Art Assemblies Plant to convert 70% to 75% of Hoses and Braid into Assemblies. The investment for this expansion is projected to be ₹ 124 Crores. The project is expected to be completed in a phased manner by March 2028. 4. Considered and approved the Company’s further expansion plans, including the capacity enhancement in Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies Division from 15,000 pieces per annum to 30,000 pieces per annum, i.e., an increase of 15,000 pieces annually including setting up of an additional facility. The investment for this expansion is projected to be ₹ 78 Crores. The project is expected to be completed in a phased manner by March 2028. The combined total investment for the SS Hose & Braiding and liquid cooling SFN Skid Assemblies expansions is estimated at ₹ 202 Crores, which will be financed through Internal Accruals, Equity and Bridge Loan Financing.
