GARL has been incorporated on October 13, 2026, with an initial subscribed and paid-up share capital of INR 1 Crore /- (Indian Rupees One Crore Only), divided into 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and shall be engaged in carrying out any Real Estate, Land Development and other related opportunities that may come up from time to time. GARL is yet to commence business operations. The Company shall remit the subscription amount within the applicable statutory timelines. The aforesaid subscription to the Memorandum of Association of GARL by the Company is not a related party transaction. Promoter/promoter group/group companies of the Company do not hold any interest in the said transaction other than any direct/indirect shareholding.
