Sub: Intimation regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on 23rd July, 2026.
In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of
the Company at its Meeting held on today i.e. 23rd July, 2026, inter-alia, approved the following:
1. Approved the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the First quarter ended 30th
June, 2026 along with Auditors review report thereon, enclosed herewith.
2. Convey the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Thursday, 27th August, 2026 at
11.00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM) in
compliance with the applicable circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI
and approved the Draft Notice of 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from
Friday, 21st August, 2026 to Thursday, 27th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the
purpose of 17th AGM. Members whose names are recorded in the Register of Members or in
the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date
i.e. 20th August, 2026, shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as
e-voting system on the date of the AGM.
4. The copy of Notice of 17th Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the financial year
2025-26 will be submitted to exchange as soon as the same be sent to the Shareholders of
the Company through Email.
The Board meeting commenced at 4.30 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 5.15 p.m. (IST).

Review Report to the Board of Fervent Synergies Limited
We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudjted financial results of
'` Fervent Svneroies Limited for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, being submitted by
the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR)
Regulations 2015, read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05,
2016, to the Stock exchanges.
The preparation of the statement in accordance with the recognition and
measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34, interim financial
reporting (Ind As 34) prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read
with rule 3 of Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 and read with
SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 is the responsibility of
the Company's management and has been approved by the Board of Directors. Our
responsibility is to issue a report on these financial statements based on our review.
We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement
(S;RJE) 2410, `Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent
Aud/tor of t#e Entffy', issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This
standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance
as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review is
limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied
to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not
performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.
Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that
causes us to believe that the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results,
prepared in accordance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards prescribed under
section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with relevant rules issued thereunder
and other recognized accounting practices and policies has not disclosed the
information required to be disclosed in terms Of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular
No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July 2016, including the manner in which it is to
be disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement.
