Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has incorporated VERUL DRIVEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED as a 55% owned subsidiary. This new entity will undertake the development, operation, and maintenance of Wayside Amenities on seven National Highway sections in Maharashtra on a Built, Operate, and Transport (BOT) basis for a 15-year lease. This initiative stems from a previously announced Letter of Award from NHLML and aligns with Dhruv Consultancy's strategy to expand and diversify its infrastructure business portfolio.
