Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform that the Board of Directors have, at the meeting held today i.e. 13/10/2026, approved the setting up of the Phosphoric Acid (PA) and Sulphuric Acid (SA) Plant at its Sikka Unit, Jamnagar, Gujarat. The project features a planned capacity of 600 MTPD Phosphoric Acid (PA) and 1,800 MTPD Sulphuric Acid (SA) plant along with associated offsite and utilities at Sikka Unit. The project is part of the Company's strategic growth and backward integration roadmap to ensure a reliable internal supply of raw materials. Please note that the details required to be furnished under the SEBI Master Circular bearing reference no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30/01/2026, shall be informed at the time of commissioning of the plant. You are requested to kindly take the above information on record.
