As a precautionary measure and with the safety of employees being of paramount importance, the Company has temporarily suspended operations with effect from July 23, 2026 at the aforesaid manufacturing facility to facilitate dewatering, inspection, cleaning and restoration activities and Company expects to progressively resume normal operations at the affected facility at earliest. The assets at the affected manufacturing facility are adequately covered under the Company's insurance policies, and the Company has initiated the requisite insurance claim process. Further updates, including any material developments or financial implications, if any, shall be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
