Committee Meeting Updates

Muthoot Capital Services Limited's Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee approved the issuance of Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferrable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹150 Crores. The NCDs will be issued on a private placement basis with a tenure of 24 months, a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum (quarterly payments), and will be listed on BSE. The proceeds will support the company's operational growth.
