Accordingly, Shri Vinod Kumar Tripathi (DIN: 10711675) has been appointed as Government Director on the Board of Directors of NMDC Limited w.e.f. 12.10.2026. Further, Shri Abhijit Narendra has ceased to be Government Director on the Board of NMDC Limited. The brief Profile of Shri Vinod Kumar Tripathi is enclosed as Annexure A. It is informed that Shri Tripathi is not related to any other Director on the Board of NMDC Limited. Further, he is not disqualified to act as a Director under the provisions of Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013. He has worked in various capacities in Ministry of Railway, Government of India and has vast experience in administration, management and engineering. This includes management of Public Sector Enterprise, public policy, projects, operations, technological advancement, procurement & inventory management and human resource management. He has also worked in Railway Land Development Authority as Executive Director. Presently he is Joint Secretary in Ministry of Steel, Government of India. ****************
