It is hereby submitted that M/s BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101248W/W-100022), the current Statutory Auditors, will continue to undertake the Audit of the Company until the conclusion of the 38th AGM to be held in the year 2027.
