This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, is effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. The company will intimate the date of the board meeting for considering these results in due course.
