October 13, 2026 The Manager, Dept. of Corporate Services, BSE Limited, Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai- 400001 Scrip code: 511509 Dear Sir/Madam, Subject : Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) – Intimation regarding Fire Incident Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a fire broke out during the early hours of Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the Company's Research Facility situated at Survey No. 349/A, Pregnapur Village, Siddipet District, Gajwel, Telangana – 502311. The fire resulted in damage to the building infrastructure, including laboratory rooms, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, scientific equipment, electrical fittings, false ceilings, partitions and specialised flooring. Further, valuable test items and samples received from sponsors for ongoing and future studies, as well as valuable pathology specimens at various stages of testing, were destroyed in the incident. The equipment and other items located in the Pathology Laboratory and PICO facility have also sustained damage. We are pleased to inform you that there have been no injuries or casualties arising from the incident and that the fire was brought under control. The Company is currently assessing the full extent of the physical damage and financial losses, as well as the potential impact of the incident on its operations. The Company will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any further material developments in this regard, as and when required under the applicable regulatory provisions. The Company further confirms that the assets at the affected facility are adequately insured. The Company is in the process of initiating the necessary insurance claim procedures in respect of the damage and losses arising from the incident. This is for your information and records.
