A Stronger Platform for Global Growth
Over the past several years, PTC Industries has made sustained investments in advanced materials, metallurgy, precision

Through Aerolloy Technologies Limited, the Group is developing an integrated platform for Titanium and Superalloy
materials, advanced castings and related manufacturing capabilities. Through Trac Precision Solutions, the Group has
added specialised precision engineering capability, an established international manufacturing presence and experience in
complex aerospace and industrial components.
Together, these businesses are strengthening the Group’s position across strategic materials, castings, machining and
precision manufacturing, enabling PTC to address increasingly complex requirements from customers in India and
international markets.
This ambition is reflected in PTCONE™ - from Melt to Mission™, the Group’s vision of bringing together advanced
materials, metallurgy, precision castings, forging, machining, quality systems and customer delivery into one integrated
industrial platform.
Funding the Next Phase of Organic and Inorganic Growth
The proceeds of the QIP will be deployed in accordance with the objects set out in the placement document dated October
9, 2026 ("Placement Document") and applicable approvals.
The capital raised is intended to support the Company’s growth strategy, including organic expansion, capability and
capacity enhancement, investment in new projects, strategic initiatives and inorganic growth opportunities across the
Group. The Company believes this stronger capital base will be an important enabler in converting opportunities across
aerospace, defence, space, energy and advanced manufacturing into sustainable long-term businesses.
Chairman and Managing Director’s Statement
Commenting on the transaction, Mr. Sachin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, PTC Industries Limited, said:
“This is a defining moment in PTC’s journey. The strong response to our QIP, and particularly the significant participation
from global institutional investors alongside respected domestic institutions, is a powerful affirmation of the confidence
placed in what we are building.
What makes this especially meaningful is that many of these global institutions understand the aerospace, defence,
space, energy and advanced manufacturing ecosystems at a global level. They understand the scale of the opportunity,
the strength of the demand environment, and also the real constraints in the supply chain - the availability of qualified,
reliable and scalable manufacturing capability in critical materials and components.
For many years, our conviction has been that India must develop the ability to manufacture the advanced materials and
critical components on which the world’s most demanding industries depend. We have worked steadily towards that
goal, investing in technologies, people, infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities that take years to build, qualify
and establish.
Today, with PTC Industries, Aerolloy Technologies and Trac Precision Solutions, we have a strong foundation across
materials, castings, machining and precision manufacturing. The capital raised through this QIP gives us the financial
strength to pursue the next phase of growth with greater ambition and flexibility, both organically and through carefully
considered strategic opportunities.
I am deeply grateful to our investors, our Board, our employees, and every institution and professional who contributed
to making this transaction possible. This is an important achievement for PTC, but more importantly, it is an opportunity
to build something far more significant in the years ahead.”
