This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is mandated by the bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI Regulations. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, are announced. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated subsequently.
