RPG Life Sciences Ltd has announced a record date of Thursday, July 9, 2026, for determining shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 24/- (300%) per equity share of Rs. 8/- each, subject to approval by shareholders at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 23, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
