we informed you that the Sixteenth meeting of Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Quadrant
Televentures Limited ("Corporate Debtor") to be convened on Monday, September 28, 2026.
The e-voting for the 16th meeting of CoC of M/s Quadrant Televentures Limited was started and
same was concluded in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of
India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 ("CIRP" Regulations"),
wherein, the resolutions which were put to vote, have been approved/rejected by the CoC of the
