Mumbai- 400051 Scrip Code: 533632 Symbol: ONELIFECAP Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Conversion of Warrants held in Swojas Foods Limited into Equity Shares Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Onelife Capital Advisors Limited has exercised its right to convert 16,16,162 (Sixteen Lakh Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Two) Convertible Warrants held by the Company in Swojas Foods Limited into an equivalent number of equity shares. Accordingly, the Company has remitted the balance 75% of the warrant subscription amount, aggregating to ₹2,00,00,004.75 (Rupees Two Crore and Four and Seventy-Five Paise Only), towards the exercise of the conversion option. Consequent upon receipt of the aforesaid consideration, Swojas Foods Limited, at its Board Meeting held on 22nd July, 2026, has allotted 16,16,162 Equity Shares of face value of ₹10/- each to Onelife Capital Advisors Limited pursuant to the conversion of the aforesaid warrants. Following the aforesaid conversion, the Company continues to hold 67,83,838 Convertible Warrants of Swojas Foods Limited, which may be converted into equity shares in accordance with the terms of the preferential issue and applicable laws.
