With reference to the requirement for submission/details relating to the Escrow Payment
Mechanism, we hereby inform you that the Company has not issued any debt instruments
hence the said requirement is not applicable to Company.
Accordingly, there is no requirement for the Company to establish or maintain an Escrow
Payment Mechanism under the applicable SEBI Regulations/Circulars in the present
circumstances.
