Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform you that, further to the outcome of the Board Meeting dated 10th July, 2026, wherein the Company had inadvertently intimated the proposal for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company within the jurisdiction of the same Registrar of Companies, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 23rd July, 2026, has considered and approved the revised proposal for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the jurisdiction of one Registrar of Companies at Shop No. 37 Shanker Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001’ to the jurisdiction of another Registrar of Companies at 138-139, Main Road, Ghazipur, Near Patparganj Container Depot/Near Bharat Petrol Pump, Delhi – 110096 within the same State of Delhi, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company by way of a Special Resolution and the approval of the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Accordingly, the earlier disclosure dated 10th July, 2026 in respect of shifting of the Registered Office within the jurisdiction of the same Registrar of Companies shall be read as modified to the above extent. The Board further approved the issuance of an Addendum to the Notice of the 51st Annual General Meeting for inclusion of the aforesaid Special Resolution together with the Explanatory Statement pursuant to Section 102 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Addendum shall be circulated to the Members of the Company and submitted to the Stock Exchange(s) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
