scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited
Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
(‘Unaudited Financial Results’) along with limited review report to be issued by the Statutory Auditors of
the Company.
Further, in continuation to our intimation for Closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the
Company dated June 25, 2026, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of
Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading
by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of
the Company remains closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives till 48 hours after the
declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 to
the Stock Exchanges.
