BSE In Principle approval received on October 05, 2026 bearing letter no: LOD/Bonus/BN-IP/RB/880/2026-27 and the Board of Directors in their meeting held today, has considered and approved the allotment of 6,89,61,400 (Six Crores Eighty Nine Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Four Hundred) shares having face value of Rs. 05/-(Rupees Five Only) each in ratio of 1 (One) new Equity shares for every 1 (One) Equity shares held by the shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners, as on October 12, 2026, being the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
